Big W Terms and Conditions — Complete User Agreement

1 Introduction & Consent

Big W (bigw.bet) is an online gaming platform offering world-class slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and a wide range of other gaming services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Big W and the user of the platform ("Member").

By registering on Big W or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using Big W.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification & KYC

Big W is a responsible gaming platform. We strictly ensure that only individuals aged 18 or above can access our services. If a minor registers fraudulently, the account in question will be closed immediately.

KYC Verification Process:

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, Big W may request the following documents:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (mBanking screenshot)
• Selfie or video verification when required

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus:

• New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount.

• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.

General Bonus Rules:

• Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or controlled by anyone.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the bet for that round is generally refunded.
• The dealer's decisions in Live Casino games are final and cannot be disputed.
• Big W reserves the right to void any result that arises from a technical error or software bug in a game.
• Any disconnection during gameplay is the member's own responsibility.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Big W. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Using any method to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Fraud: Attempting to manipulate game outcomes using software, bots, or any other method.
• Hacking: Searching for or exploiting security vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Third-Party Payments: Using a payment method registered under another person's name.
• Underage Access: Creating or managing an account on behalf of anyone under 18.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Big W reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements) can be withdrawn. Please contact support to proceed with account closure.
